While assessments can provide a lot of interesting data,
THE GOOD USE OF ASSESSMENTS IS ACHIEVED WHEN THEIR USE IS RELATED TO SOLVE, UNDERSTAND OR BRING A NEW LIGHT ABOUT A PARTICULAR ISSUE

 

I have spent a great deal of time and energy digging into the realm of assessments, particularly in psychometric assessments, when it comes about people, their performance, their goals, their potential forces and weaknesses, the alignment with business goals.

 

I've even been consulted in 2012 by a renowned French assessment company to review their people assessments suite. To let you know, my review wasn't that good about their products, and I found a lot of flaws in them.

 

I'm not going to give you their name, but I just want to let you know that I'm not using them at all. Possibly they improved since 2012.  

 

You must know that I and the partners of Expat Solution Coaching are professionals accredited to use and interpret the assessments we use. And basically, we know why use what we use!

It may sound good common sense but in our profession, not every professional has done their due diligence.
