This assessment is designed to help the leader, manager to see where most of his energy is going. It can be a really good start to initiate change. 

Please note that usually a leader, a manager has to take all of these roles at a moment or another. And just to let you know these roles requires to go in "opposite directions". They are conflicting with each other. This is why, because of our natural tendencies we tend to avoid some roles, while they are necessary.
